Beyond Home Properties is a full-service real estate solutions firm specializing in buying, rehabbing & selling properties. We provide opportunities for investors and value for sellers & buyers, by locating and renovating undervalued properties. Our well-established and trusted resources help us in achieving our goal of providing the absolute highest level of service to our clients. We re-develop a large number of single family and multi-family properties with the intention of revitalizing communities and encouraging home ownership. Our mission is to rejuvenate neighborhoods and increase the standard of living by improving the overall quality of housing for the residents.
OWNERS
Steve and Marie Berry are business professionals with over 40 years of combined experience. Together, they have held top positions with national companies in Operations, Management, Marketing & Sales.
When looking to downsize their home, they made renovations to their own home in anticipation of placing it on the market. They started looking at properties and soon found they enjoyed the process of buying, selling and improving homes, while helping those that found the process difficult. After investing in a real estate course, they soon started Beyond Home Properties.
Steve and Marie live in the New England shoreline town of Guilford, Connecticut and have three lovely daughters. They enjoy travel and family time along the coast.
